Segue to Solar presents this warranty to customers per manufacturer.  Signed agreement with manufacturer must be on file before shipment of Mobile Solar Generator (and name given by manufacturer).
Manufacturer warrants that its products (including diodes, wiring and accessories if supplied by manufacturer) furnished hereunder will, at the time of shipment, be free and clear of all liens and encumbrances and, for a period of One (1) year thereafter, will be free from defects in material and workmanship. manufacturer obligations under this paragraph (1) shall be limited to repair or replacement of or, at manufacturer option, refund the purchase price of any defective or nonconforming product(s) for a period of One (1) year following the date of original shipment by manufacturer.
   All claims under the warranties specified in paragraphs (1) above must be made in writing to manufacturer within Ten (10) days after discovery thereof and must set forth the complete details of such claim. Claims under the warranties of paragraph (1) above must be received by manufacturer not later than One (1) year following the date of original shipment by manufacturer of the products involved. If return of the affected product(s) is authorized by manufacturer such return must be made to manufacturer at 17A Herman Drive, Simsbury, CT 06070, with all shipping costs prepaid by Buyer, within Thirty (30) days of such authorization. manufacturer will pay shipping costs for return to Buyer of any product(s) which is (are) repaired or replaced under the terms of this warranty. However, if product(s) returned to manufacturer is (are) found not to be defective or the warranties have expired, return shipping costs must be assumed by Buyer. Unless made in conformance with this paragraph, any claims hereunder shall be deemed waived by Buyer and void.
   The warranties of paragraph (1) shall not apply to any products which manufacturer determines have, by Buyer or otherwise, been subjected to: any assembly or processing that alters physical or electrical properties; improper installation, maintenance or use; mishandling; abuse; neglect; vandalism; improper testing; repair; alteration; damage; fire; flood; civil disturbances; war; or other acts or omissions which alter physical or electrical properties. In no event shall manufacturer be liable for incidental or consequential damages or lost profits, whether such damages are based on negligence, contract, tort or strict liability, nor shall manufacturer in any event be liable for any amount in excess of the amount paid by Buyer as purchase price for the product on which the claims arise. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of manufacturer product AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OTHER THAN THAT PURPOSE SET FORTH IN THE WRITTEN SPECIFICATIONS FURNISHED BY manufacturer HEREUNDER.

OTHER WARRANTIES
manufacturer does not warrant or guarantee any products, services, materials, goods or accessories except as specifically set forth in this agreement. Buyer's remedies for any defects in non- manufacturer manufactured products covered by this quotation are subject to any limitations contained in manufacturer's terms and conditions to manufacturer. A copy of such terms and conditions will be furnished upon written request. IN ANY EVENT, manufacturer SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CLAIMS (BASED UPON BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR
NEGLIGENCE) OR CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OR FOR ANY EXPENSE INCURRED BY REASON OF THE USE, SALE, SERVICING OR FABRICATION OF SUCH MATERIALS COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT WHICH ARE FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE. In addition, claims for shortages, other than loss in transit, must be made in writing not more than five (5) days after receipt of shipment. No material may be returned to manufacturer without the written consent of manufacturer.
