Being an online store means we have low overhead and offer low prices on real goods. Photovoltaic products are made in USA (or procured here). All solar products have a one or two year manufacturer's warranty and include technical directions. There is a with every product (posters, DVDs, etc., not included).
Free technical support with the merchandise is available through Segue to Solar, or the manufacturer. Replacement parts (bulbs/batteries, etc.) are available by contacting Segue to Solar.
